Jeu de Palets

The „“Jeu de Palets“ or "Jeux de Palets" is a very popular game in the North of France and especially in the Bretagne

The characteristics of the game are similar to those of the boule-game. In the Jeux de palets you throw cast-iron discs – the “palets”, at a distance of 3-5 Meters on a target plate (“planche”). The goal is to throw your own palets as close as possible to the target-disc (“maître”).

The target-plate which can be made of soft wood (cottonwood 70 x 70 cm) or a lead plate (45 x 45 cm) is not included in delivery. You can however easily make a wooden plate yourself or buy it at a building centre.

The Jeux de palets requires 2-4 players and can be played in two teams.
